1. SPONSOR

This sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by The Killer Kangaroo Coffee Brand d/b/a Knockbox Coffee Co. (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of Alaska, Hawaii, and Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void in AK, HI, RI and where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families/household members are not eligible.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on November 11, 2025 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on January 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Promotion Period”).
Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period are not valid.

4. HOW TO ENTER

A. Purchase Entry (100 Entries Per Purchase)

During the Promotion Period, purchase any full-size bag of Knockbox Coffee through Sponsor’s website or authorized sales link.
Each qualifying purchase = 100 entries.
If a purchase is refunded, entries from that purchase will be void.

B. Free Entry – Social Action (10 Free Entries)

No purchase required. To receive 10 entries:

  1. Follow @knockbox.coffee on Instagram,

  2. Like the official giveaway post,

  3. Tag 2 friends in the comments, and

  4. Your account must be made public or reachable at time of verification of

C. Free Entry – Online AMOE Form (10 Free Entries)

Submit the Free Entry Form at:
Limit one (1) online submission per person.
Each valid submission = 10 entries.

Each completed form equals 10 entries.
Form will close within  last day. 

5. ENTRY LIMITS

Purchase entries are unlimited.
Free online entries are limited to one per person .

6. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

  • Six (6) full-size bags of Knockbox Coffee (ARV $120), and

  • Four hundred fifty dollars ($450 USD) in cash.

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $570.00 USD.

Prize is non-transferable. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
No tax forms (1099) will be issued because the total prize value is under $600 under current IRS guidelines; winner is responsible for reporting prize income where required.

7. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within 7 business days after the end of the Promotion Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Sponsor will contact the selected winner via:

  • Direct Message from the @knockbox.coffee Instagram account, and/or

  • Email (if provided through AMOE).

Winner must respond within 7 days.
If winner does not respond, is ineligible, or refuses the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

9. RELEASE

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Instagram from any claim arising from participation or prize use.
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor may disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or not in compliance with these rules.
Sponsor’s decisions are final.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, shipping delays, or mail failures.

11. PRIVACY

Information collected is used solely for Promotion administration and Sponsor communications in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles
